Orders: All orders may be placed through our store.  Many designs are available in custom stone and metal options. We also specialize in bridal pieces.  For inquiries please message info@kristendorseydesigns.com.  Unless the piece is made to order, most orders ship within one to seven business days.  We ship via USPS priority flat rate with complimentary tracking and insurance.  Please note due to the nature of handmade jewelry slight variations may occur and may differ from the images on the site. We are happy to provide additional information and images for any piece.

Repair Policy: All repairs are free of charge for up to one year after purchase.  If you need a repair, please send us an email through the contact form and we will be in touch.  Customers with repairs are responsible for their own shipping costs.

Returns/Exchanges: Kristen Dorsey Designs jewelry is designed to delight with craftsmanship and unique design. Due to the organic nature of the natural stones used, your order may be slightly different from the photos.  We do accept repairs and modifications.  Additional repair fees may apply.  If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may return your order for a full refund or for store credit within two weeks from the date you received your order, as long as your order and packaging is intact and in the original condition.  Please email us at info@kristendorseydesigns.com to begin your return/exchange process.

Price Adjustments: Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations of stone and metal values. Kristen Dorsey Designs is unable to offer price adjustments.

Plated Jewelry: Some of our designs are rose gold or black rhodium plated.  Our plating is done in small batches and colors may vary. Depending on how much wear a piece gets, plating will wear overtime.  Pieces may be re-plated as needed.  Additional charges will apply.  Please contact us for questions about your plated jewelry.
